CLASS “C” CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

This classification shall provide the membership for a corporation employing a minimum of five (5) employees whereby the corporate member may have an unlimited number of individual club memberships assigned to it by the Club provided that the individual club membership is for an employee, officer or executive of the corporation member. Further, that each individual club membership will be assessed an initiation fee at a rate established by the Board of Directors. (2008)

Each individual Class “C” membership shall be the same as a Class “A” Resident or Class “A-1” Single Resident membership, except that each individual club membership may be changed as to the name of the said individual club membership by the corporation member upon proper notification to the Club without incurring an additional initiation fee provided. However, each initial individual club membership and all subsequent individual club memberships, shall be approved by the Membership and Rules Committee and shall be subject to the rules of the Club and to the provisions of Article XV of the By-Laws of the Club. Dues for the individual club memberships are to be billed directly to the corporation member, which is solely responsible for the timely payment of all charges incurred by its individual club memberships. (2008)

A corporation member shall be required to own or to be purchasing one (1) share of stock, regardless of the number of individual club memberships assigned to it, and shall advise the Club of the name of the specific individual who shall hold the right to vote its share of stock. (2008)
